David Lutz

 David Lutz is one of the two managing partners at 2G Consulting Group, LLC.  An All-American basketball player at the University of Mary-Hardin Baylor, David earned a Bachelor of Science degree and learned the importance of hard work and commitment embodied through the role of leadership.  With 3 children and 26 years of marriage, David believes and understands the importance of family and trust. He has transferred those qualities to both his personal and professional life.

  David has worked in the IT Industry since 2000 for a variety of Fortune 500 companies holding several challenging positions. David started his IT career at McLane Company learning to configure Cisco routers and network switches before transitioning to a liaison role between the IT and Logistics departments.  He then helped with the start-up company RFID Global Solution, Inc. as the Director of Field Service Engineering.  David then migrated to SRA International, where he worked as a Senior Field Service engineer and Project Manager. He was then employed by Alien Technology as a Senior Field Applications engineer before ending up at 2G Consulting.

  David brings 21 years of AIT and RFID experience to the table and has worked in almost every vertical imaginable.  DoD, government, supply chain and logistics, aviation, pharmaceutical, and retail are just a few of those industry highlights where he has successfully deployed RFID solutions.  Mr. Lutz strives for performance excellence and delivers through superior customer service, full transparency, and an unparalleled work ethic.
